Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During peak seasons, sales, or product launches, processing times may be extended slightly, and we’ll communicate any delays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight or size of your order.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on destination and external factors such as weather or customs delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives your shipment.

We use a variety of trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
The carrier is automatically chosen based on the best rate and delivery speed available for your location.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Hazardous materials and certain oversized items may have shipping limitations.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once the carrier takes possession of your package, title and risk of loss transfer to you.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
If you need further assistance, email us at info@tingleyhouse.com — we’ll help initiate a claim with the carrier when possible.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please confirm your shipping address carefully.
We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Packages returned as undeliverable may be refunded minus the original shipping and return shipping costs.
