Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you sort it out.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn/unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and include your order number or receipt.

Not returnable: custom or personalized items, gift cards, digital products, perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases. Sale/clearance items are final sale unless required by law.

How to Start a Return

Email info@tingleyhouse.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we’ll send return instructions and a return label if applicable.
Items sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

Unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item, you are responsible for return shipping.
If we issue a prepaid label, we may deduct the label cost from your refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable [unless the return is due to our error].

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. For defects, damage, or wrong items, email us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exchanges

For a different size/color, start a return and place a new order once your return is approved. This guarantees the replacement is in stock.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the outcome.
If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank/credit card may take additional time to post the credit.
If 15 business days pass after our approval and you don’t see the refund, contact us at info@tingleyhouse.com.

Gifts

If you received the item as a gift, refunds go to the original payment method. We can offer store credit to the gift recipient when appropriate.

International Orders

Duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable. You’re responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Undeliverable/Refused Packages

Packages returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up may be refunded minus original shipping and any carrier return fees.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel/return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
